There has been a coyote spotted in the community. Coyotes can climb the block walls around your yard so be mindful of small pets that are in your backyard alone. If you spot a coyote in the neighborhood, make noise or throw a rock in its direction to scare it off and immediately call Arizona Game & Fish at (480) 981-9400.
The Oasis at Anozira community is located at the northeast corner of McClintock & Elliot Roads in Tempe, Arizona. There are 387 homes that range in size from 1,600 square feet to 4,200 square feet. Homes were built in the mid 1990’s by builders Hancock Communities, Blandford Homes, and Fulton Homes. The Oasis features a 6.5 acre lake with lighted sidewalks, park benches and a beautifully mature landscaped greenbelt.
This homeowners' association web site serves the needs of the residents by posting notifications of current events, meeting notices, newsletters and minutes, comments from residents, information about the board of directors, architectural notes, homeowner-supplied information about trusted contractors, and contact information for the management company, as well as providing easy download of documents such as CC&Rs and architectural change forms.
